1. Product & Raw Material Overview
Our line supports standard carbon structural steel and low-alloy structural steel, fully complying with GB/T 11263, GB/T 706 and JIS standards.
- Raw billet: 150×150mm continuous casting billet, length 6000mm
- Finished profile: 80–200mm H/U/I section steel
- Fixed length: 6–12m
- Packing: bundled to 500×500mm, about 6 tons per bundle

2. Full Production Process
The line uses a semi-continuous rolling layout with high automation and smooth workflow.
Billet feeding → heating in natural gas furnace to 1250°C → roughing rolling → head cutting → 8-stand finishing continuous rolling → flying shear → cooling on walking rack cooling bed → straightening → grouping → fixed-length sawing → automatic stacking and bundling.
Each stage is optimized for stability, continuity and low failure rate.
3. Core Mill Equipment (By Supplier)
We supply the complete mill group with 15 stands in total, featuring high rigidity and long service life.
- Roughing mill: 7 stands Φ550 two-high closed housing mills, H-V-H-V-H-H-H arrangement, max rolling force 3000kN
- Pre-finishing mill: 2 stands Φ550 two-high mills, 1250kW DC drive
- Finishing mill: 8 stands including 4 universal mills + 4 two-high mills, max exit speed 5m/s, micro-tension control
- Edging mill: 2 stands for profile leg precision control
We also provide dedicated roll-changing manipulators to greatly reduce roll change time and improve operating efficiency.
4. Finishing Equipment Supply
As your full-line equipment supplier, we deliver the complete finishing section:
- Crank-type flying shear, start-stop mode, max speed 8m/s
- 78m×16m walking rack cooling bed for uniform cooling
- 10-roll cantilever straightener for high straightness
- Φ1800 fixed cold saw with fast blade change
- Servo-controlled automatic stacking machine, cycle time ≤12s
All equipment is matched and integrated for one-stop commissioning.
5. Hydraulic & Lubrication Systems
We supply four sets of hydraulic systems with working pressure 14MPa, covering rolling mill, cooling bed, finishing area and roll change room.
Two sets of oil lubrication stations ensure reliable protection for key transmission parts, reducing wear and extending service life.
Stable auxiliary systems ensure long-term continuous production.
