Based on the improved dual-cross amplitude limiting technology for furnace temperature and air-fuel ratio regulation, this system integrates intelligent steel heating technology. It optimizes the steel heating production process by targeting the exit steel temperature, achieving an unmanned operation mode.
The furnace temperature mode set by the operator. The set temperatures are 930°C, 1090°C, and 1160°C. Due to waiting for rolling, temperature control becomes unstable, and the actual feedback temperatures are 978°C, 1101°C, and 1193°C.
In the intelligent steel heating mode, despite a 20-minute waiting period for rolling, the system adjusts based on the steel temperature requirements, thus preventing severe overheating. Only the first heating section experienced slight overheating.

Application effect of intelligent steel burning system
When using an intelligent steel burning system: the tapping temperature range can be controlled at around ±5°C. However, during manual operation, the tapping range often requires ±30°C and is often operated at the upper limit.
