1. Laser Cladding and Alloying Technology
1.1 Applications related to steel rolling roller tables: Alloying treatment for rough and intermediate rolls of high-speed wire rods and bars to extend service life and reduce costs; the surface alloying + cladding overlay for looper wheels of rolling mills extends their service life by more than 2-4 times, reducing usage and production costs; it can repair the damage of roll bearing parts and extend the service life of bar splitting looper wheels, tension leveler rolls, etc.

Post-treatment: Laser Alloying + Cladding
1.2 Shaft repair: Repairs various shafts such as bevel box shafts and gear shafts, including high-speed and high-precision imported equipment shafts. The repaired parameters meet the standards with remarkable efficiency.
1.3 Other applications: After laser phase transformation hardening, the surface hardness of workpieces is greatly improved, with small deformation. They can be directly used without subsequent processing, and the service life is significantly extended.

2. Application of New Laser Machine Technology in Roll Grooves
