2. Complete Continuous Casting Process
Qualified molten steel → Ladle turret → Tundish → Mold → Secondary cooling → Withdrawal & straightening → Hydraulic shear → Conveying roller tables → Hot charging / Billet transfer → Cooling bed → Billet stacking
Every stage is optimized to minimize temperature loss, reduce defects, and improve product consistency.
